The rooms were beautiful and majority of the staff were very polite. The blonde bartender with the glasses was incredibly sweet and a delight to speak with when grabbing drinks after spending a day shopping. Also, I appreciate the lady heating up the double tree cookies to make sure we had them warm when we checked in!

Room was great. Hotel is nice, clean and quiet. I requested a room with a bathtub and received a shower only room. Other than that no complaints or issues.

The breakfast was very. Good. The choices were basic but it allowed the kitchen to be very fast. Our bedroom was very large and the bed was very comfortable with great pillows. The room overlooked the highway but was not too noisy. We heard no sound from neighbor rooms. We’ve stayed in crappy rooms that were twice the price in downtown Charleston. We had to pay 3x to have a nice room downtown. We’ve been coming often and don’t always want to spend a lot. North Charleston is a good value and a 20 min easy drive to downtown. I know it’s silly but I also love the free Doubletree cookies.

The location was great. Food at their restaurant was expensive. $14 for 6 wings!!! But there are PLENTYYYYYY of food options less than 2 mins down the road. The mall is nearby with several restaurants near too. Room was clean and cozy. Pool was nice and the front desk staff was sooo sweet! They were AMAZING and accommodating. Will stay again!❤️

The 2nd room was fantastic and the staff was awesome. My check in was most pleasant. The front desk lady was most helpful and the cookies were awesome

The size of the room was wonderful! It had a huge living room, a huge bedroom which was separate from the living room, and a very spacious bathroom that had a door, just a very welcoming feel to it.
